Three Autumn Eyeshadow Palettes you need to try this season

Three Autumn Eyeshadow Palettes you need to try this season

I know I won’t be alone in wondering how it’s October already. And more importantly, how it’s almost the end of October. I mean once we’re in November then it’s full on winter. It’s time to dig out the scarfs, gloves, hats and start hearing every Christmas song imaginable for the next seven weeks until the big day actually arrives. As you can tell, I’m thrilled by this. I’m not scrooge, I just can’t get my head around the fact it’s almost Winter and almost Christmas.

But before then we still have a few days left of October, and therefore Autumn. Which is why I wanted to share with you all the three Autumn eyeshadow palettes you need to try this season. These are three of my most use palettes at this time of year, and I’m sure you’ll be able to see why. So here they are:

Zoeva Nude Spectrum

As the name would suggest, this palette is perfect for those of us who love nude eyeshadow. And who doesn’t love a nude eyeshadow in Autumn. Or any time of year really. I have to say this palette is incredible value. With 15 shades to choose from, this palette is full of really wearable shades. From matte and shimmery beige shadows to copper, golden tones as well as a matte black. The quality of the shadows are also amazing – they’re intensely pigmented, super soft in texture and last throughout the day.

Skinn Rosette Eyeshadow Palette

Although I am a big fan of bronze and taupes this time of year. I’m also a big fan of pinks on the lids for Autumn. And this Skinn Rosette Eyeshadow Palette is a beautiful mix of pale pinks and purples. All the shadows are super soft and richly pigmented to give you a great colour pay off on the lids.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Lolita Palette

I lusted over this palette for so long before buying it. And at the time I had to take a trip over to France just to get it. But now John Lewis stock Marc Jacobs Beauty which means much more of their makeup could find it’s way into my collection. But for autumn palettes, this one is perfect. The first three shades of this palette include a creamy beige, a soft brown and a charcoal brown. The next four shadows are probably my favourites as they are the shimmer shadows! You have a champagne gold shimmer, a shimmery pink, a soft peach and a rosy copper. All of these shadows are incredibly smooth and have a great colour pay off. Their silky texture and luminous finish is exactly what you would expect from Marc Jacobs beauty.
