Autumn Pampering with the Good Spa Guide

Good Spa Guide

It’s officially Autumn. Summer is coming to a close and before we know it the leaves will have turned brown on the trees and it’ll be time to dig out our winter boots and chunky knit jumpers. I don’t know about you, but while I love the changing seasons, my skin doesn’t. Going from warmer weather to cool temperatures just leaves my skin looking and feeling rather dry and in need of some nourishment. But thanks to the Good Spa Guide I’ve now got some lovely spa products to really help my skin feel and look nourished this Autumn.

If you’re not familiar with the Good Spa Guide they’re a website that’s help you pick the best experience and treatments to suit you. They share the best in spa beauty and the best spas so you can get the most out of your precious me-time. What’s not to love?

So earlier this week I took part in the Good Spa Guide beauty chat on Twitter. We talked loads about Autumn Spa treatments, beauty products we love and how we keep the glow going in the winter months. If you want to see what we talked about then just search for the hashtag #SpaBeauty.

And here are some of the products the Good Spa Guide sent through. I’ll be testing these out over the next few weeks and will come back with the in depth reviews soon:

And seeing as today is Sunday, I’m going to be taking a leaf out of the lovely Chloe’s book and spend today pampering myself. It is after all the day of rest and seeing as I can’t get to a spa today I plan on resting and spoiling myself with a lovely pamper. I’m going for nails, a scrub, a body polish and then a masque or two.
