Happy Wednesday everyone! Now if you saw my blog post featuring a new Mulberry bag a few weeks ago. Then you may be wondering why I’m back here again with another new bag. And you’re right. I really needed another bag like a whole in the head. But I have four words for you. The Lulu Guinness Sale. Honestly the sale this year was impressive. And given that bags are my weakness I really couldn’t resist. Now you may be thinking that this sales post is a little late as most places have stopped their sales. And it is late. But that’s because I only looked at the Lulu Guinness sale last week, when the sale moved to 70% off. 70% off!!!
Now I already own a Lulu Guinness suitcase, but hasn’t thought to look at their sale after Christmas. Probably because I paid a lot of money for that Mulberry bag. But their sale is well worth a visit. Especially as it’s still 70% off. And you can now get an extra 10% off! So if you’re tempted, here’s what I picked up in the sale:
Lulu Guinness Black & Cassis Glitter Large Rachel Pouch £38 (was £95)
I think this might have been love at first site. I love anything glittery and this is full of sparkles! I’m planning on using it as an oversized clutch bag. And think it’ll add some much needed sparkle to a rather plain outfit. I love the detailing on the zip and the pink glittery lips. You can either wear this under your arms, or use the wristlet to carry the pouch.
Lulu Guinness Cassis Glitter Lip Zip Pouch £26 (was £65)
I know this has the same colours as the larger pouch, but it is different. I promise! This is a smaller pouch that I probably wouldn’t use as a clutch bag. But would rather use it within a bag to keep my phone or makeup separate. And also easier to find! Just like the first bag, this was a complete bargain. Instead of being £65 it was just £26!
I’m honestly so pleased with both of these items and think they’re absolute classics. Next on my list is the iconic lips clutch bag….
