Now regular readers of this blog will know of my love for a luxury handbag. I’ve been collecting designer bags ever since I got my first Mulberry bag well over 10 years ago. And since then the collection has grown. I’m trying to streamline my bags at the moment and only keep the ones that really spark joy, or the ones that are actually used. So I thought I’d share with you all my most used luxury handbags.
LOUIS VUITTON NEVERFULL MM
Now first on the list, is an absolute classic. And that is the Louis Vuitton Neverfull. I would say there is a good reason why this bag is a classic. And that’s because it’s honestly timeless. It’s also a great size that works well for travelling or heading into the office. Or just when you need a bigger bag with you. I have mine in the Damier Ebene Canvas with red interior and I find it’s the classic that goes with everything. The bag comes in three sizes, and this one is the MM size. Which is the middle size and I think the most practical. The GM is huge and the PM is a little on the smaller size.
MULBERRY SMALL DARLEY
CHANEL MINI FLAP BAG
Now I couldn’t do a list of my most used luxury handbags without including my absolute pride and joy. And that is this Chanel mini flap bag in the rectangular size. This is in the chevon lambskin style with gold hardware. And I’ve been in love since the very first time I laid eyes on her. Now although she is lambskin which isn’t as hard wearing as Caviar leather, I still wear her quite a bit. I mean I didn’t pay all the money for her to look pretty on a shelf. I wear her during the day, and for evening events too. Although I’m careful to not be near too many alcoholic drinks when I’m wearing her. I’m still working on getting her cost per wear down to a reasonable amount, but it’s a process. And I’m sure I’ll get there.
So these are my most used luxury handbgas. Which one is your favourite?
