For someone that never used to wear that much jewellery, I seem to own a fair amount. I’m trying to incorporate jewellery more into my day to day outfits which is why I wanted to share with you all my most worn jewellery pieces.
Let’s start with the Links of London Sweetie charm bracelet. This was a 21st birthday present from my mum. Her mum, my nan, brought her a charm bracelet for her 21st and she wanted to get me one for mine. Rather than the traditional types of charm bracelets, I thought it would be nice to get one with a modern twist. Like the Links of London one. I have far too many charms on there now, and it does get a little heavy to wear sometimes but I love the sentimental value of the charms and the chunkiness of the bracelet.
Next up are these Marc by Marc Jacob bow earrings in rose gold. I got these a few years ago in the Net-a-Porter sale and just fell in love as soon as I saw these. My love affair with rose gold has been growing over the past few years and these little earrings just seemed like the perfect rose gold studs. They sit well on the ear and the light picks up on the purple stones. These are my go to earrings and I probably wear them near enough everyday.
I recently blogged about these – these are the Ted Baker Rose Gold Stacking Rings. I only got these at Christmas time but I’ve worn them so much already. As you might have been able to tell, I’m a fan of chunky jewellery and love the way these sit on the fingers and the sparkle they give in the right light. As this is only costume jewellery I’ve been trying to limited my wear of these so I keep them looking nicer for longer.
This is the rose gold Daisy necklace with the butterfly centre piece. What is amazing about this necklace is that the design in the middle can be removed and replace with another. It’s a little bit like a locket in that sense. The coin with the butterfly design can be slotted into the necklace or removed and replaced with a different design. What I love about this is how unique the necklace can be.
These are my two enamel bracelets. I got the Marc by Marc Jacobs enamel bracelet a few Christmas’ ago and then I treated myself to the Mulberry enamel bracelet when I was celebrating a job promotion – you’ve got to treat yourself right? Sometimes I wear the bracelets separately and sometimes I wear them together, although they’re different metals, I like the contrast they have sitting side by side on the wrist.
This is another necklace that I’ve blogged about before. This Accessoirze necklace is probably one of my most worn pieces of jewellery. As it’s quite a short necklace, I normally wear this under a collar or with a high neck jumper. I find that the blue and purple stones match well with most of my outfits. It gives a nice subtle pop of colour without being too loud, which I find some statement necklaces are guilty of.
So these have been my most worn jewellery pieces, what are some of the jewellery pieces that you wear most often?
