New details from Next

Merry Musing

If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably saw that a couple of Fridays ago. I had the pleasure of attending the 3rd Next Blogger’s Network. If you’ve not heard of the Next Blogger Network before, it’s essentially an online community for bloggers to connect with each other, and Next. And for me, it was a chance to spend the day seeing the latest collections from Next. Drinking cocktails, eating scones and best of all listening to a panel of some of my favourite bloggers. Talk about my favourite subject – Blogging. And to top it all off, I also got to get a manicure from the amazing Wah nails. And attend an Instagram workshop with the lovely Monica Beatrice Wellburn. To say I was inspired at the end of it all would be an understatement.

The panel featured some serious Girl Bosses in the blogging/tech/YouTube world. Chloe from Chloe Digital, Anna from The Anna Edit, Lily Pebbles and Niomi Smart. Four ladies whose content I admire. Their Q&A was not only interesting but inspiring too. They covered everything from the tech side with topics on SEO and HTML, to self-promotion. And also touched on where the blogosphere might be heading in the next few years. It definitely inspired me to sit down and seriously think about the direction I want to take my own little corner of the internet.

Along with the panel, manicures and workshop, there was also a chance to have a peek at the upcoming collections from Next. Which all look amazing! I have to say I have my eye on quite a few pieces and lots of new shoes! Becuase you can never have enough shoes right? At the end of the event, we were lucky enough to be treated to an amazing goody bag, full of gorgeous Next products. Some of which I’m wearing in this post. You can find the beautiful blue bag here, and the fabulous pink earrings in store. The shoes are from last year, but they still have them here.

What do you think of this outfit? If you’re a blogger, are you part of the Next Blogger Network?

As always thank you to Kaye for taking the pictures!
