The older I get the more I realise that you can’t under estimated a great flat shoe. Gone are the days where I used to squeeze my feet into the most uncomfortable heels for a day in the office or a night out with friends. But the problem with some flat shoes is that to find the comfort you normally have to forgo the style. Well not anymore.
The Butterfly Twists Jade shoes are probably the comfiest flat shoes I’ve ever owned. The memory foam sole makes it feel as if you’re wearing your slippers, not shoes. When I normally wear ballet pumps or other flat shoes although they’re comfy to begin with, by the end of the day my feet normally ache. But not with these. I’ve worn these a few times in the office and for days out and my feet do not ache at all. In fact I don’t want to take them off when I get home!
The Jade are their new range of shoes and I love the skater style leopard print design. I find they look great with rolled up ripped jeans and a plain loose jumper – it’s the off duty weekend look that I’m wearing all the time. But if you’re looking for more work appropriate ballet pumps or wellies then they also have you covered.
