Upping the glamour with Ciate Prescious Metal Eyeshadows

Ciate Prescious Metal Eyeshadows

Those who know me know I’m a sucker for anything sparkly. My default look involves a lot of glitter so these Ciaté Precious Metal Eyeshadows are right up my street. Although they’re not technically new (I think they launched back in 2015). They are new to me and my makeup collection. And if you’re a sucker for anything sparkly as well – then you might just need to add these to your collection as well!

Most of you probably recognise Ciaté for their amazing nail polishes and nail beads. But they also do lovely makeup. I recently reviewed their new Dewy Stix highlighter, which is perfect for those who love a more subtle highlighter. And these precious metal eyeshadows are just as impressive! There are four shades in the collection and I have three of them – Collins Ave, Lincoln Road and Washington Ave.

And all three are gorgeous metallic shades that appeal to me glitter obsession! Collins Ave is a bronze gold shade, while Washing Ave is a gold colour with a pink shimmer and my personal favourite Lincoln Road. This is a medium brown tone with a purple undertone. All three also feature a primer in the lid and a mirror. You also get a mini eyeshadow brush that you can use to apply the loose shadow. Personally I don’t love the mini brush, but it’s a nice touch.

As you can see from the swatches they’re pretty opaque with hardly any fall out, leaving just a gorgeous metallic shine. Even on the lids I’ve been impressed with the last power and pigmentation of these. There’s hardly any fall-out during the day and the colours stays pretty intense from morning to night.
