New eyeshadow palettes from MUA

MUA

Now we’ve all heard the sayings you get what you pay, or if you buy cheap, you buy twice. Leading us to believe that low price means low quality. And in some instances it does. But when it comes to makeup, these sayings definitely aren’t true. I know I’ve said this plenty of times before but you really don’t need to spend a fortune on makeup to look good. Now I’ll admit, there are makeup products that I prefer from higher end brands. But with the increase in lower end brands upping their game, you can get some amazing makeup products, for tiny prices! Like these new eyeshadow palettes from MUA.

MUA

At only £5 for a 15 shade eyeshadow palette, this has to be one of the most affordable makeup products I own. And it’s also one of the most used at the moment. There are a total of six different palettes in the new collection. And I have two of them – Au Natural and Twilight. Au Natural, as the name suggests, is full of taupe, nude and brown shades. Perfect for creating an everyday look. While Twilight is perfect for an evening look. With a lovely mix of blues, purples and gray shades.

MUA

Both palettes are jam-packed with wearable matte and shimmer shades that are incredibly creamy with an intense pigmentation. All the colours I’ve tried have blended well with little fallout and lasted well throughout the day on my lids. All in all, these are brilliant eyeshadow palettes for a great price. If you’re someone who enjoys mixing up your eyeshadow looks and wants something affordable but great quality. Then definitely give these a try next time you’re in Superdrug.

You can shop these palettes, plus the rest of MUA’s range from Superdrug’s website.

What do you think of these eyeshadow palettes? What’s your favourite eyeshadow brand to use?

My favourite eyeshadow palette is probably my zoeva one which is really affordable as well. I didn’t like the MUA one I had before and I’ve not tried them since x

The shades look great for the time of year. I’m shocked that it’s just £5 for each palette although that’s great news as I’d be more inclined to get both.

The neutral palette is the one which calls out the most to me, the one I would get more wear from too.

Love the look of that neutral palette – it’s not dissimilar to my favourite Naked eyeshadows. x
