Hey, I’m Steph, a 30-something award-winning lifestyle blogger from Hertfordshire who is travelling through my thirties attempting to learn how to adult and live my life in the happiest, most successful way possible.
I started this blog almost nine years ago as a way to bring together my two passions for writing and photography. What initially started as a beauty blog has evolved and changed over the years, into a lifestyle blog with a focus on luxury items, mid-size fashion, and ways to make your money work for you.
But thanks to my decade-plus experience working in the online world of marketing and blogging, I also have a digital marketing and blogging tips site here.
My love of luxury items started way back in my early 20’s, where I definitely had champagne taste on a lemonade budget. Fast forward a couple of years and I was in a bit of debt. £20,000 in debt to be precise. You can read the long and somewhat unconventional story here. Believe even I didn’t think I’d be stupid enough to get into debt because of this!
But the short story is that in less than five years, I was debt-free, a single homeowner, with a growing luxury handbag collection, and focused on making my money work harder for me while living my happiest, best life.
So what can you expect to see on here? Well, I post three times a week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
MONDAY
Monday is lifestyle post day. Here you can expect to find posts on beauty, interiors, fashion, food, and drink, or travel. So if you want to know whether Beauty Pie is worth the cost (and how to get your first month free), want a sneaky tour of my dressing room, or some super easy and very delicious gin cocktail recipes, then come back every Monday.
WEDNESDAY
Every Wednesday you’ll find a luxury post from me. Now if you’ve followed me for a while, or indeed follow me on Instagram, then you will be familiar with my love of luxury items. Specifically luxury handbags. So here is where you’ll find the latest designer handbag I’ve added to my collection, my high-end handbag story, and the pros and cons of buying preloved luxury.
FRIDAY
And finally, every Friday is Finance Friday, where I post my money tips. If you want to know how to budget while still living, or easy ways to make money right now, then these are the post for you. I cover everything from how I budget my £50,000 a year salary and how I got myself out of £20,000 worth of debt to how I organise my finances and easy ways to make money right now.
