With an emphasis on declaring relationships and properly marking paid for content, I wanted to share with you all how I can earn money through this blog. Now I think it goes without saying that all sponsored content, reviews or experiences are my own honest and unbiased opinions. I also don’t accept products or experiences that I feel don’t fit with Merry Musing. So let me break it down so you have a better understanding of what I’m being paid for:
SPONSORED BLOG POSTS
These will always be declared, either with an ‘AD’ in the title or a sentence at the beginning of the blog post declaring the partnership.
SPONSORED SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
Where I have been paid to promote something, these posts will be marked at the beginning of the caption, tweet or post.
PR-PRODUCTS/TRIPS
To comply with ASA regulations, any PR-Products, experiences or trips posted here, or on social media, will be marked at AD-PR-Product or AD-Press Trip.
PREVIOUS BRAND RELATIONSHIPS
If I have previously worked with a brand but not for the current content, I will inform you of the previous collaboration if it took place within a year.
AFFILIATE LINKS
Along with most bloggers out there, I use affiliate links to earn a small amount of commission when linking to products on my site. Affiliate links do not cost you money. But I can earn a few pennies by you using them. Unless otherwise stated, all links on here are affiliate links. And are declared at the end of the post.
If you have any more questions on how I earn money and how it affects you, please feel free to email me.
