Two drugstore eyeshadow palettes to try this Autumn

drugstore eyeshadow palettes to try this Autumn

I know I won’t be alone in wondering how it’s October already. I know I must sound like a broken record. But this year is flying by! Now admittedly it’s been an amazing year so far, and in all honesty, I’m not sure I want it to end. But given that it’s almost the end of October. It won;t be long until we’re in full-on winter and Christmas mood. But before then we still have a few days left of October, and therefore Autumn. Which is why I wanted to share with you all two autumn eyeshadow palettes you need to try this season.

Makeup Revolution Fortune Favours The Brave £9.99

Now, this isn’t a new palette. Back in early 2016, British Beauty Blogger collaborated with Makeup Revolution to launch one of their most popular palettes. Ever! And it’s still one of my favourites to use! Fortune Favours The Brave is a beautiful thirty piece collection. With a great mix of mattes, shimmers and sheens, there really is every colour you could need for any occasion. And most importantly for any level of expertise. The whole palette has been designed to give you the freedom to have fun with the different colours. And to push your boundaries by trying something new. As you would expect from a Makeup Revolution product, the pigmentation is amazing for the price and so easy to blend.

NIP+FAB Make-Up Eyeshadow Palette £12.95

Now NIP + FAB may not be your first choice for makeup. But their new Sculpted eye palette is definitely worth checking out! As it’s a sculpted palette, the shades are on the natural and deeper tone spectrum. Which is perfect for this time of year! There are 10 matte shades and two shimmers in a mix of off-white, cream, sepia, warming browns and a plum or two thrown in as well. It’s a great mix of colours for those who love a nude colour in autumn.

What do you think of these palettes?

I love that Makeup Revolution palette and it’s such good value too. The range is great, both for tone and finish. I think it gives a lot of options for experimentation and finding a good look for those on a budget. Love the gold cover too.

I have the Nip+Fab palette and I was so impressed, especially for the price as everyone always says you can’t find good eyeshadow palettes of mattes on the high street,

Some gorgeous palettes. I feel like the Makeup Revolution one looks way more expensive than it is!

These are really great color options. I like the blues as I feel that they would go more with my skin tone. Love these!
