Having fuller lashes and lips is a big trend at the moment. But rather than spending hundred of pounds on eyelash extensions and potentially dangerous lip fillers, there are products on the market offering the look at a much more affordable price. So let me introduce to you the Instant Effects Instant Lash and Instant Lip products.
Although I like the idea of having fuller lashes and lips without having resort to any injections or extensions I was a little sceptical as to how I could achieve that look with just a mascara wand and a lip gloss. But having used these for a few week now I’m pleasantly surprised by the results.
The Instant Effects Instant Lash is essentially a mascara wand with clear product that works to increase the thickness of your lashes by up to 20% within two minutes of applications, and if you use it daily for two weeks it can increase the thickness of the lashes by a huge 40%. Once you apply the product you can then apply your mascara over the top. Although I have seen a 40% increase yet I still like to use the product before apply my mascara as it does help to give the effect of bigger and thicker lashes.
The Instant Effects Instant Lips works in a similar way. Once applied to your lips, this lip plumper increases the volume of your lips by up to 20% giving you a smoother, fuller appearance within two minutes. This was the one I was really sceptical about. I’ve tried the lip plumper from Soap and Glory before and didn’t like the tingling sensation but with this one, there is no tingling, it just glides on like a regular lip gloss, isn’t sticky and does make your lips look a little bigger.

I love the simplicity and subtlety of this product. My lips aren’t massively bigger, but I wouldn’t want them to be. They still look like my lips, only slightly bigger. Which I love.

Oooo these sound interesting! I’m not usually into lip plumpers as usually they have chilli extract in them which is what makes your lips swell! I’ll have to look more into these! The mascara also sounds great!
Love the idea of these, surgery and fillers for things like lips scares the hell out of me. This is subtle and lovely.
