Now Nyx is starting to becoming a little bit more popular in the UK. In fact Boots has recently started selling them. But like with everything else that was included in the box, I was so excited to try these!
NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick
The Nyx Liquid Suede comes in 12 colours and I have LSCL09 Tea & Cookies. Which is just lovely! The colour is a my lips but better pink and glides on beautifully for a gorgeous matte finish.
I found that this formula is not only velvety soft, but it’s also waterproof. Which means it’s perfect for my holiday and the summer in general.
NYX Soft Matte lip cream
The Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream comes in a whopping 26 shades and I have this gorgeous raspberry colour called San Paulo. Where as the Nyx Liquid Suede is very much a lip gloss, the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream is a little different. Although it’s incredibly silky, once it’s on your lips it’s set to a matte finish.
I’ve also found that the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream is surprising durable and also incredibly moisturising. Lip creams can dry my lips out, but this one just makes them feel nourished.
Having used both of these Nyx lip glosses for a few weeks now, I have to say I’m so impressed with them. The formulas are moisturising and long lasting and the stay power is seriously impressive. I’m going to have to find my nearest Nyx counter in Boots to see what else I can try from the brand.
