10 beauty habits to start now

Like most of you out there, I love all things beauty and makeup related. And like most of you out there, I’m sure we’re all guilty of some bad beauty habits. Which is why I wanted to share with you all the 10 beauty habits that we all need to start today.

  1. Washing your makeup brushes at least once a week. And if you’re like me and a fan of the beauty blenders, then these should be washed every one to three uses
  2. Using hand cream and cuticle cream for luscious looking hands and nails
  3. Thoroughly removing makeup at the end of the day. It’s not good for your skin, or your pillowcases if you don’t remove all your makeup before bed
  4. Flossing. Need I say more?
  5. Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day
  6. Establishing a skincare routine and most importantly sticking to it
  7. Throwing away out of date makeup
  8. Giving your nails a break from nail polish
  9.  Regularly exfoliating your body, we all want silky smooth skin don’t we?
  10. Pampering your feet with a good foot cream

What are your best beauty habits and what other beauty habits should I be doing?

You are so right on all of them!

My top tip is to always cleanse and tone and regular face masks.

I definitely agree with #5. This is something that I’ve been doing for only 2 weeks but I’ve already seen a difference in the way my skin looks and feels.

Oooh also don’t forget trying to make sure you get 8 hours sleep 🙂

I’m terrible at throwing away makeup, I no longer wear it but I keep it anyway.

It’s is super important to clean the makeup brushes regularly. I have added this into my weekly cleaning routine. It help with the makeup application and prevent skin breakout.
