Three new high-end summer beauty products I’m excited about

I think most of us can agree that summer is a pretty fun time. The weather gets warmer. Days get longer. And beauty brands bring out some pretty exciting products. And this year there are some amazing new releases. I’m lucky enough to be sent some beautiful products to try and review for this blog. Which is why I wanted to share with you all three high-end summer beauty products I’m excited about.

Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil £19 each

This summer Clarins have added some new lip oils to their much loved Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil collection. And these new flavours and colours are just lovely. If you’ve not tried them before they’re designed to give you the benefit of a lip oil but with the shine of a lip gloss. And I love them! Without a mix of nourishing hazelnut oil, mirablelle and jojoba oils. These oils comfort and moisturise your lips without leaving them feeling oily or sticky.

Elizabeth Arden Lip Oil £18

I feel like lip oils are definitely having a moment this summer! And along with the Clarins ones, these ones by Elizabeth Arden are just as lovely. Just like the Clarins ones, these combine the hydrating benefits of an oil with the pigment of a gloss. And best of all the mix of nourishing oils means not only it is anti-aging for your lips, but these oils also create the appearance of a fuller-looking pout.

Too Faced ‘Love Lights’ prismatic highlighter £25

I couldn’t have done this post without including these highlighters. They’re just beautiful! These Too Faced Love Light highlighters combine the best of powder, liquid, baked and cream formulas for a truly popping highlight. There are three in the collection and I have two of them – Blinded by the light (the silver one). And You light Up My Life (the golden one). But I know it won’t be long before I add the final one – Ray Of Light, to my collection!

What do you think of these new high-end summer beauty releases? What are you most excited about this summer?

Those too faced highlighters are stunning! I don’t know if I can justify spending any more money on highlighters though I already have so many!

I love the idea of lip oils, what a great idea. I hate how lipstick normally makes your lips go sticky.

To be honest, I don’t put on much (any) makeup, but these look like great products to try for when I decide to stop looking like a gremlin. Thanks for sharing.

Some lovely products, and just perfect for summer. I was so tempted to buy a lip oil last week having seen them on a counter in Debenhams. Wish I had now. I think I actually need a whole new batch of products, and this is possibly the excuse I need.
