Now I don’t know about you, but when it comes to beauty boxes, I tend to avoid them. Don’t get me wrong, they can sometimes have incredible products at amazing prices. And are a great way of trying new products. But as someone who has too many beauty products as it is, I find that beauty boxes tend to have just one or two hero products and then filler products that I’ll never use again. But the Best of Space NK Discovery Box is different. It’s full of five amazing products that I personally already use. So it was a no-brainer on buying this one!
So what’s in the box? Well a lot! First up you have the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent. Which is a full size product! It’s a universally flattering loose powder that’s incredibly lightweight and finely milled, to leave an undetectable skin finish. This powder eliminates shin and sets your makeup without settling into fine lines.
Next up is another full size product in the form of Olaplex No.3 Bond Perfector. Now if you read this post, you’ll know that I love this product. It’s your ticket to smoother and visibly healthier hair. It’s a pre-shampoo treatment that permeates deep into the individual strands of hair to repair broken bonds and flood them with moisture. The result is damaged hair looks healthier and smoother.
Next is the third full size product in this box and that’s the Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque. This is a great treatment to use for lackluster and uneven complexions. Combining salicylic acid with charcoal and clay, your skin is cleaner and brighter when using this masque.
Next up is the Paula’s Choice Skin perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant (30ml). Now while this isn’t a full size product. It is a great size for travelling. And if you read this review you’ll understanding why this product is a staple in my skincare routine. But if you’ve not tried this liquid exfoliant before then essentially this is the perfect remedy for oily, combination or blemish prone skin. As the lightweight liquid works to exfoliate dead skin cells and decongest pores for clearer smoother skin over time.
And finally, we have the infamous Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream (75ml). Again, while this isn’t a full size product, it is a great size for travelling. Now the first thing to mention is that this cream smells amazing! And despite the cheeky name, it actually works brilliantly all over the body to hydrate your dry skin.
