Now I don’t know about you. But Paula’s Choice is a skincare brand that I’ve heard a lot about. But not had the chance to try. Until now that is. If you’ve not heard of the brand before, then where have you been? They’ve reached cult status thanks to their smart, safe, beauty mantra. With products that actually work, while being good to your skin. So if you’re new to the brand, or not sure which product to go for first. Here are two to try from Paula’s Choice.
PAULA’S CHOICE SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA LIQUID EXFOLIANT £28

I feel like this product has reached cult status at the minute. I can’t log onto Instagram or TikTok and not see people raving about this liquid exfoliant. And it’s easy to see why.
This liquid exfoliant is designed to treat and minimise blackheads, any areas of redness and breakouts. It’s formulated to feel lightweight on your skin and enriched to lift away dead skin cells and cleanse your pores.
I like that this is so easy to use, but also incredibly kind on the skin. As it’s a liquid exfoliant, you just need to soak a cotton pad and smooth that over your face – avoiding eyes and lashes. And that’s it. You don’t need to rinse off. But you do need to use an SPF of at least 30 during the day.
I personally use this nightly and have found that not only have my pores and blackheads appear to have reduced. But my skin is looking and feeling clearer, brighter, and smoother than it has in months.
PAULA’S CHOICE 2% BHA BODY SMOOTHING SPOT EXFOLIANT £31

Now I suffer from something called keratosis pilaris, or KP. Essentially, it’s a skin condition that is harmless. But it does leave the skin looking and feeling a little rough. I have it on the top of my arms and have done for years. But lately, it’s been bothering me. Which is why I wanted to try this cream.
it’s enriched with salicylic acid which helps to soften a dry complexion and minimise the appearance of clogged pores. It essentially works to sweep away layers of dead skin to unveil softer, smoother skin.
And do you know what? It actually works. Yes, this is an expensive moisturising cream. But I’m only using it on the areas that I need to. And despite using it for only a month, my KP has virtually disappeared!
So there you have it. Two to try from Paula’s Choice. Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried either of these products. And what’s next on your skincare wishlist.
