As you may have noticed, I’ve been on holiday. But I’m back now and wanted to share with you all my Istanbul picture diary from my little trip away. I went with my friend for four days and got to see so much of the city. If you’ve never been before then I would highly recommend it. If you want beauty and culture then Istanbul should definitely be on your travel bucket list. Plus it is incredibly cheap – which is always a bonus!
Our first day was spent walking miles around the city exploring the sites of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace
Before enjoying a boat ride in the afternoon…
That night we then went back to see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia all lit up.
The next day we went and explored the Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and enjoyed lunch by the river.
