Five reasons to try eyelash extensions

Eyelash Extensions

Eyelash Extensions

To say I’m obsessed with eyelash extensions is an understatement. I love the look and feel of wearing lashes and the confidence boost it gives me when I have eyelash extensions. Although the process can be long – around two hours – it’s totally worth it. In fact, I find myself looking forward to that two hour slot as it’s the only real chance I have to just lay still and do nothing. No phones, no emails, no social media. And the best part is that once you open you’re eyes, you have super glamorous looking lashes that will last for a few weeks. So if you’re tempted by super long lashes, here are five reasons to try eyelash extensions.

Long lashes all day, every day

For me the best thing about eyelash extensions is that you wake up every morning with long fluttery lashes. Of course the lashes don’t last forever, but with refills every few weeks, you can keep them looking fabulous!

No need for mascara

Although I love trying new mascara’s I love the fact that when I have lashes on. I don’t need to use it. Plus even using a lengthening or volumising mascara, wouldn’t be able to recreate the look you get with lash extensions.

Saves time getting ready

With eyelash extensions on, I find myself spending less time getting ready in the mornings. In fact I’m more likely to go makeup free as I already feel ‘ready’ with just the lashes.

Low maintenance

Once you have the lashes on, there really isn’t anything else you need to do. Apart from brushing them once or twice a day, you’re good to go with them.

Confidence boost

Wearing lashes definitely boosts my confidence. I don’t need to wear mascara, and find myself actually wearing a lot less makeup than I normally would.

I had my eyelash extensions done at the Nouveau Lash Salon in London. Have you ever tried eyelash extensions?

I’ve never tried them but they look really nice on you! I am no good at maintaining things tough, I’m not sure I could do 2 hours every few weeks!

These eyelash extensions look absolutely amazing on you, I have been toying with the idea of getting them myself, I might have to give them a go.

They look amazing on you. I’ve never tried them, but I do love to wear falsies sometimes.
