Bourjois healthy mix foundation

Bourjois healthy mix

As a young teenager, I lived in Boots. I spent pretty much all my spare cash there. I’m not sure much has changed to be honest. But back then, I could only afford Boots. And one of my favourite brands to shop from was Bourjois. But as I grew up and started to earn more money. I used to think that as my foundation was my base product, I needed to splurge on it. As after all, if you have a good base then it doesn’t matter what brand of blusher/bronzer/eyeshadow your use right?

Well wrong really. You don’t need to spend a fortune on a foundation. In fact when it comes to makeup, I like to mix up high end and low end beauty staples. And one of those staples is the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation and concealer. In fact the foundation has been my go to foundation for about a month now, and I pick this up far more than my most of my higher end ones that cost three times the amount. Why? Well because it so good!

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation £9.99

If you’re looking for a medium coverage foundation that gives your a dewy glow. Then this is the foundation for you! I love foundations that just give you that healthy natural glow. That basically just look like your skin. But better. Healthier. And this foundation does that! It’s also enriched with Vitamins C, E and B5 for a radiance boosting glow. Which is what we all want from a foundation right?

Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer £7.99

Now as someone with pretty bad dark circles. I’m quite picky when it comes to concealers. I want something that will obviously cover the dark bags, but also give my eyes a healthy, radiant and awake look. And I love this concealer for doing just that! It’s incredibly creamy which means it blends beautifully. And as it’s not too heavy, I don’t find it sits into any fine lines around my eyes.

You can pick up the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation and concealer here.

What do you think of this Bourjois Healthy Mix duo? What’s your favourite foundation or concealer to use?

I used to absolutely love the old formula of this, I definitely think I need to pick up the new formula and the concealer.

This is one of my favourite foundations too but for some reason I’ve never tried the concealer! Have you used the radiance reveal concealer? It is amazing for under the eyes! Beautiful pictures btw! 🙂 xx

Yet another thing I’ll have to show my wife. She hasn’t found a foundation that she really likes yet.

I’ve only tried this once but I ended up buying the wrong one and bought the serum, it was so light. Maybe I’ll have to give theregular one a go!

I have used some Bourjois products but not the foundation, I will need to check it out next time I am in Boots.

I couldn’t find a shade that agreed with my skin tone sadly but I love how it looks on others. I love a dewy finish x

I’ve not used this foundation as i found that there lightest shade is still too dark for me :(. I mainly use rimmel foundation as they do the shade I need and a great price too.

I recently had a little drugstore haul and I debated between this and another foundation. I went for the other, but I really wanted this and I think I may go out and get it now. I also have quite bad eye circle and can never find the right concealer. Will definitely pick up both of these. x

I love bourjois products but have never tried their foundation. This sounds like it gives a great coverage without breaking the bank. I am nearly down to the last of my MAC foundation so I will be popping into town to give this a spin x

I love this foundation! It is a staple in my makeup collection, I have 3 shades of it so I can get a good match depending on how tanned I am. Great product and so affordable x
