Merry Christmas everyone! The big day has finally arrived. It’s Christmas 2019 and I hope Father Christmas has bought you everything you wanted. And that you’re spending the day eating your body weight in Quality Street and drinking ALL the Prosecco. Because that is exactly how I’m spending my Christmas Day!
Today I’m off to my mums for breakfast, followed by presents, Prosecco and the main meal. She’s got eight of us round there today to enjoy the day. And after the main meal it’ll be time for more Prosecco, some games and I’m sure even more food. Because who doesn’t love a left over sandwich?
Boxing Day will be spent at my bother’s place with him and his wife. And even more of my family from both sides. Where we’ll be dishing out more presents, drinking more Prosecco and eating even more food. Because that’s what Christmas is all about right?
And then the time between Christmas and New Year is going to be a chilled one this year. I’m probably going to be spending the majority of it in my pjs having well-deserved duvet days, and just general chilled days. Because that’s what this time between Christmas and New Year is all about right? There will be a lot of Christmas related films and nostalgic tv shows to watch. Plus all those leftovers, and we all know there will be leftovers, will need to be eaten. I can’t think of a better way to spend the day after Christmas.
