Forever repurchased

Forever repurchased

There are certain items that I can’t live without. You know the ones. As soon as you’re nearing the end of the pan, bottle or tube, you’re frantically rushing out to repurchase the much loved product. For me there are five products that I would class as my forever repurchased items, and let me introduce them to you…

Benefit They’re Real Push Up Liner

I honestly don’t use any other gel liner apart from this one. The silicon-tip angled applicator makes it incredibly easy to apply, and the gel liner clings to the lash liner so it becomes easier to achieve a glamorous winged look. Honestly, it’s so easy, that if I can do it, anybody can do it. Not only is it easy to apply, but it is also incredibly long wearing and can last the whole day.

Bourjois Healthy Balance Powder

This is my go to powder. The only one I continue to use on a day to day basis. Mainly because it’s texture is fine enough for setting foundation without taking away any glow or being overly mattifying. Also, it’s adds an extra boost of staying power and leaves a tiny hint of coverage on the skin, but nothing too heavy.

L’Oreal True Match Foundation

For a cheaper foundation it ticks all the boxes of a high end one. It comes in a glass bottle, it has a pump and it’s a dupe for the seriously luxurious Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation, that is why this product lives up to the hype and should be in your life.

MAC Trace Gold Blusher

This is my go to, bronzy blusher with a hint of shimmer. It has a sheertone shimmer finish which means the blush is very sheer, with a hint of shimmer that will bring a subtle glow to your cheeks. It’s just gorgeous and as a warm-toned, goldy brown colour, it can add a hint of bronze to your cheeks for a sunkissed look, or it can be used as a shimmery highlighter on the cheeks.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer

This is probably my most used concealer and the one I turn to every single morning. The creamy formula helps to hide any dark circles or blemishes and just generally makes me look more awake.

So these have been my forever repurchased products, what products can you not live without?

I love the L’Oreal True Match foundation, it is really good. One make up item that i always go out to repurchase is the Rimmel Stay Matte powder, it is amazing.

Unfortunately the True Match didn’t work for me, the colour is perfect but it applies really patchy. How do you apply it?

I apply it with my real techniques sponge, I don’t like the finish with any of my other foundation brushes x

I seem to hear a lot about the wake me up concealer, I’m going to have to go and get it when I run out of my current one!

I can’t believe I see benefit they are real liner here! I love the brand so much but I seriously HATE this liner. I was the one rushing to Boots the day they launched it, and thanks to purchasing this, I won a massive bag of cosmetics but the liner is terrible. I can’t even draw the straight line with it because the tip is so elastic that it ‘shakes’ (kind of). I would love to see how you use it.

That’s really odd, I love it, I seem to get such a fine line using it. I’ll do a post soon showing how I use it x
