Getting summer ready lips with L’Occitane

Getting summer ready lips with L'Occitane

Now I don’t know about you, but while I’m great at taking care of my skin and hair in the warmer months. One of the things I really could be better at is taking care of my lips. As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of lipstick – due to allergies rather than choice – a tinted lip balm is a must for me in the summer months. Which is why I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these two new additions to L’Occitane – the Delicious Tinted Balm and the Delicious Lip Scrub.

Getting summer ready lips with L'Occitane

So let’s start with the scrub. As technically that the first step right? Well the first thing I have to mention about the L’Occitane Delicious Lip Scrub is the smell! If you love a fig scent as much as me, then this is the scrub for you.  Packed with fig extract combined with Vitamin E, carrot, pomelo and pomegranate oils. This scrub has a super sweet scent that is almost good enough to eat. Plus it works a treat on your lips leaving them feeling super smooth and tasting sweet.

Next up is the L’Occitane 3-in-1 Delicious Multi-Balm, which is now a firm favourite in my handbag. Not only can it be used as a primer to prep the lips for lipstick. But it can also be used as a balm to soften the lips. Or it can be used as a rich mask to pamper the lips overnight. Packed with pomelo, carrot, pomegranate and Vitamin E. This little wonder balm, moisturises, protects and gives your lips long lasting nourishment.

You can find the full range of lip products over on the L’Occitane website. Let me know in the comments what you think of these lip products and whether you’ll be stocking up on them for summer.

I always like to carry a balm around because the weather is so changable at the moment and it dries my lips out.

I’ve never tried these lip scrubs but they sound the balm. I need to give my lips some extra attention too because I live in a hot climate which means I need to hydrate often with water as well as lip balm. Thanks for sharing this love.

It’s nice that the balm can be worn overnight to soften your lips, that’s when I always forget to use lip products x

I am forever having dry and cracked lips so the scrums with its fog and pomegranate scent would work well to help soften my lips out! T

I always have a lip balm in my bag but never thought of using a tinted one to add that little bit of colour

I love a good tinted lip balm, there’s always one in my handbag. I used to like scrubs but I’ve really gone off them in recent years, maybe I’ll try some again and see what I make of them.
