Introduction to First Aid Beauty

Introduction to First Aid Beauty

First Aid Beauty are one of those brands that I’ve heard so much about but never tried. This cult classic brand is huge in States and Canada. It’s slowly becoming more popular in the UK and is now available in certain Boots stores and online. I was lucky enough to receive this as part of my beauty swap with the lovely Hilary from The Beauty Collective. And I love them! So if you’re not familiar with the brand, here’s a little introduction to First Aid Beauty:

Facial Radiance Pads

Introduction to First Aid Beauty

I’ve heard so much about these pads. And with so much hype online, I couldn’t wait to put them to the test to see if they lived up to my expectations. And here’s a spoiler – they do! These pads brighten, tone and exfoliate the skin in one go. They contain cucumber and Indian gooseberry to tone the skin, while lemon peel and licorice root leave the skin looking bright and glowing. As these pads are free of parabens, harsh chemicals and colourants, they’re incredibly kind to the skin.

Ultra Repair Cream

Next up in the box was this Ultra Repair Cream which can be used all over the body as well as the face. It’s actually recommended for anyone with severely dry skin or conditions such as dermatitis and eczema. Although I don’t have any skin conditions, my skin is a little dry in places. And this cream is lovely to use on those dry areas. It’s thick and creamy and really leaves the skin feeling nourished and hydrated. It’s filled with Colloidal Oatmeal to protect your skin, Shea Butter to moisturise and Eucalyptus Oil to heal and soothe your skin.

Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum

I’m forever trying out new serums and this Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum is just lovely. It works to replenish, soothe and calm your complexion while re-balancing your skin with improved suppleness. As it’s fortified with Hyaluronic Acid, the gel formula works to lock in moisture and quench dry skin. While the Aloe Leaf Juice and Colloidal Oatmeal work to eliminate irritation for long-lasting comfort.

Face Cleanser

The first thing I have to mention about this cleanser is the gorgeous citrus smell! It smells good enough to eat! I love that this cleanser is designed for those with sensitive skin. Not only does it cleanse you complexion but you can also use it on your neck and chest area as well to tackle any imperfections and impurities. And with a powerful blend of antioxidants, the pH-balanced formula helps to reduce and smooth out any imperfections leaving your skin looking healthier.

Have you tried anything from First Aid Beauty? What’s your favourite product from their range?
