Happy Sunday everyone! There’s no video today, instead I’m bringing you one of my favourite spring fragrances. And it’s a new one! L’Occitane Terre de Lumière only launched last month, but already it’s become a firm favourite of mine.
I don’t know about everyone else but as we move into a new season, I like to mix up my fragrances. Normally at this point, I’d reach for Marc Jacob’s Eau So Fresh Daisy, or Chloe. But I find myself reaching for this new one from L’Occitane more and more.

It’s inspired by the Golden Hour in Provence and is their first gourmand aromatic scent. Which makes it both fresh and warm. With mainly edible notes such as honey and almond, I find this scent is quite zesty and aromatic to begin with. But then it melts into a lovely lavender honey fragrance before settling into a more musky scent. It’s perfect for those of us who love rich and sweet fragrances.
I was a little unsure whether I would love it. I’m more of a fruity fragrance lover, but this scent is so captivating and appealing. Although it is a little stronger than I would normally wear, the fragrance lasts so well throughout the day. Obviously, for me as this is a little stronger than I would normally wear, I find a little does go a long way. But I’m pleasantly surprised how well this lasts on my skin.

Although this is the first L’Occitane fragrance I’ve tried. I really don’t think it’ll be the last. The bottle is beautiful and I love the whole concept of capturing the golden hour of Provence. Plus the scent is pretty unusual for me so makes a great change from some of the more fruity fragrances I’m used to.
You can pick up the L’Occitane Terre De Lumiere Eau De Parfum up for £58 from here.

Ooh this sounds amazing – it definitely is Marc Jacob’s time for me! May have to try this one!
