Mid week pick me ups

I don’t know about you but it feels like it should be Friday already! In fact whenever Wednesday rolls around I always feel like I need a little pick me up. I find my energy levels start to drop around this time of the week so I try and set aside a some time to treat myself and feel a little more energised. For me there are three easy steps that are pretty much guaranteed to pick me up and here are my current favourites:

Origins Drink Up-Intensive Overnight Mask

This is a great pick me up as I always notice a difference in my skin when I’ve used this. I apply a thick later before bed and in the morning my skin has quite literally ‘drunk it up’. When using this my skin looks and feels nourished and moisturised, which is exactly how I want my skin to feel. Plus, this mask smells amazing, really refreshing and fruity.

Percy and Reed Totally TLC Hydrating Mask

I’m a sucker for gorgeous packaging and have to say that I really love the designs on the Percy & Reed products, and this product smells amazing. It’s a real fruity smell with a hint of coconut and mango, along with Aloe Vera.

The texture of the mask is really thick and creamy and works easily into the hair without leaving it feeling heavy and full of product. After working the product through my hair (I use about a kiwi sized amount as my hair needs a lot of TLC and is rather long) I wrap it up and put the cute shower cap on and leave for about 10 minutes.

Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter Instant Sunkissed Tint Body Lotion 

As we’re moving out of winter and into Spring I’ve started to trade in my usual body butters in favour of this beauty from Soap and Glory. Mainly because of the glow it gives my skin. Rather than a dark tan, it gives me more of a shimmer and subtle glow which is just what I need to perk me up and get me through the rest of the week.
