Happy Wednesday everyone! Now I don’t know about you, but I certainly like to mix up my perfumes as we move into a new season. And seeing as we’re slowly but surely moving into spring/summer. It’s time to mix up my fragrances and start wearing fresher scents. Scents that definitely have that sassy summer vibe. And I’m not sure it could get any more sassier, or summery than this debut fragrance from Missguided, Babe Power.
Now the first thing to mention about this fragrance is how amazing the bottle is. Not only is in rose gold – so on trend right now. But it’s got the sassiest design I’ve seen in a long time. I love the fact that this has been designed like a bottle, and that you have to press the ring pull to dispense the fragrance.
In terms of scent, Babe Power is definitely a sweet smelling fragrance. With base notes of vanilla, candy floss, musk and amber. Mixed with heart notes of orange blossom, peony and jasmine. And top notes of sour cheery, pink pepper, grapefruit zest. pineapple, rhubarb and crisp apple. This is probably one of the sweetest scents I’ve tried this summer.
But one that just reminds of care free summer days, and feeling like a #GirlBoss when I’m with my friends at festivals and on holiday. This is definitely a scent that would suit so many different women at different ages. And personally I think this bottle is one of the coolest fragrance bottles I’ve seen in a long time. It’s currently got pride of place on my dressing table.

My wife is always looking to try new fragrances, but she hasn’t tried any Missguided stuff. Might have to suggest it to her!

Ooo this looks lovely. I do like perfume in unusual bottles and this fits the bill perfectly.
I’m not a huge fan of amber notes in my perfumes but the bottle alone makes me want to give it a sniff! x

Well the bottle certainly stands out! I think I’d like this fragrance, I generally do with citrus-y scents.

This perfume looks SO GOOD! I love the design of the bottle and the way you’ve described its scent makes me feel like it’s one I’d really love. I love Missguided, just wish they had a store in Liverpool; as I find their sizing a little difficult to gauge when ordering clothes online.
