New Haircare Additions

New Haircare Additions

When it comes to haircare I’m forever searching for hero products. Products that will actually do what they claim to do and leave my hair with volumious, shiny locks. Is that too much to ask? I tend to chop and change my favourite haricare products quite often. I’m not a fan of using the same products all the time as I find it can weigh my hair down. But let me share with you all two new haricare additions that I think are here to stay:

Umberto Giannini Curl Friends Shapely Curls Mousse

New Haircare Additions

I’m not usually a big fan of mousse. I find that the ones I’ve used in the past didn’t do much for my hair apart form weighing it down and making it look greasy. But this one is different. It’s lightweight, not sticky and smells lovely. I apply it to damp hair, blow dry as usual and then get out my curling wands to style me hair. Once it’s styled my curls are defined, less frizzy than normal and super shiny. Plus it helps to hold the curl in my hair for a good couple of days. You can pick this up on the Boots website for £5.50.

Toppik Root Volumizing Spray

New Haircare Additions

Toppik are a relatively new brand to me but having loved their Brow Building Fibres Set I was really keen to try this. And it did not disappoint. It’s a lightweight formula that really does work to give the hair volume and lift the roots. With styling power ingredients, this gives your hair long-lasting volume and texture while the keratin helps to give your locks a soft and natural appearance. When using this my hair looks and feels fuller but unlike other texturising sprays it feels smooth and silky rather than drying out my hair. You can pick this up on their website for £18.50

I feel like I really need the root volumising spray in my life!! I’ve been using TRESemmé’s beauty-full volume reverse the routine shampoo and conditioner recently and have found that it’s made such a difference to the volume of my hair.

I don’t really wear a lot of products on my hair, a good shampoo and conditioner and that’s about it.
