As regular readers of this blog will know, I love nail polish. Back in 2014 I spent a whole year doing a Manicure Monday series that showcased a different nail product, trend or brand each week. And I’ve missed not featuring as many nail brands lately so let me show you all these beauties from the OPI New Orleans Collection.
OPI Got Myself Into A Jam-Balaya

This is a gorgeous coral peach colour that just screams Spring/Summer to me. The formula was a little thinner than I prefer as it took three coats to achieve this coverge but it’s worth it. They’re super shiny and lasted a good five days before chipping.
OPI Take A Right On Bourbon

This shade is completely new to me – I have nothing else like it in my collection and I love that. Again, this took three coats to achieve this level of opaqueness but it’s so shiny! If you’re a fan of metallics – and I am – then you’ll love this colour.
OPI Show Us Your Tips!

This is probably my favourite colour from the collection. This shimmery pale blue makes such a change from the usual nude shades I ear on my nails and I love it. The formula is pretty thin so it did take me three coats to achieve this level of opaqueness but I’m so pleased with the results.
OPI I’m Sooo Swamped!

I think this is a real love it, or hate it nail colour. Personally I don’t mind it but it takes a certain look to be able to pull off green nails. The formula is lovely, you only need two thin coats to achieve this shiny coverage and it dries incredibly quickly as well.
The OPI New Orleans collection is available from Just My Look.

Now that green looks much better on than I had expected it too, what a lovely shade x
I love the green! Whether I’d actually wear it myself is another question.
