Red Carpet Manicure It's A Luxe Life Holiday Collection 2016

When it comes to nails, I love having gel manicures. As much as I find it therapeutic to paint my nails, I hate it when they start to chip. Which is why gel nails are a great solution for me. They take less time than regular polish, as you don’t have to wait for them to dry. And they last a good three weeks before chipping! Now I know some people think that having gel nails are bad for your nails. But having had regular gel manicures, and doing them myself, I can honestly say my nails have not been affected. Maybe they’re naturally strong, but I’ve never had any issues with them when the gel polish has come off.

And as we’re getting into the busy period of Christmas parties and for me my birthday as well. It’s the perfect time to have gel nails as you don’t have to worry about painting them for practically three weeks! And one of my favourite at home gel manicure brands is Red Carpet Manicure. They have some amazing shades and they’re so easy to use! And the new Red Carpet Manicure It’s A Luxe Life collection is just gorgeous. There are six beautiful shades in the collection, including the most amazing rose gold colour!

OH SO POSH – A nude creme, GLASSES UP – A rose gold shimmer, A-MUSE ME – A hot pink glitter

RED-Y TO PARTY – A letterbox red creme, THROW SOME GLITTER ON IT – A midnight blue glitter, STAR GAZER – A black and silver glitter

You do need to use the LED light and top and base coats with these colours, which you can get from their website. But as with the other Red Carpet Manicure colours I’ve tried before, these are so easy to apply, and last for a good three weeks before chipping – which is perfect for those of us who struggle to find the time to head for a manicure, or paint our nails at home.

You can see the whole Red Carpet Manicure It’s A Luxe Life Collection and their other collections on their website.

I’ve not had a gel manicure before but I could do with polish not chipping after a few days especially as my job we have to look very smart at all times and if they see chipped nails they expect you to fix it! I love that star gazer glitter one so much, perfect for the party season!

These look great and 2 stand out in particular – glasses up and gazer as they both seem glittery and perfect for Christmas.
