Getting a better night’s sleep thanks to REN & Now To Sleep

REN & Now To Sleep

Now I don’t know about you. But is there anything more frustrating than not being able to sleep? When I’m feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed then my sleep is one of the first things affected. It can take me hours to drift off. And what feels like hours to fully wake up again in the morning. I’ve tried sleep sprays and pillow sprays in the past. But this new spray from REN, & Now To Sleep, is set to be a game changer when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep.

With a unique blend of pure essentials oils, & Now To Sleep, works to restore calm and pre-sleep tranquillity, allowing you to fall into a deeper sleep. And for your skin to renew and regenerate naturally. You just need to use the spray on your bed linen and pillows. But unlike other sprays I’ve tried, & Now To Sleep works to gradually release its scent throughout the night. Rather than in one go. With a mix of Frankincense, Lavender and Clary Sage, this scent is surprisingly un-lavendery. Which is what I like! As I’m not the biggest fan of Lavender fragrances. Now if you’re a fan of REN then you probably won’t be surprised by the Frankincense ingredient. REN really believe in the power of Frankincense to relax the mind and body alleviate stress and tension.

REN & Now To Sleep

So did it work? Yes, it did! So much so, that I’ve used it for the past five days consistency. But I can see myself using this more if I’ve had a particularly stressful day at work. Or if I’m feeling a little anxious about the following day. I love how calming the scent is, and that although the scent is lovely, it’s not too overpowering.

You can find the REN & Now To Sleep, along with their amazing gifts, here.
What do you think of the REN & Now To Sleep? Is this something that you’d use? Have you ever tried any pillow sleep sprays before

Sounds interesting but I always wonder if spraying your bed linen leaves it damp – I’m guessing it’s a really light spray?

This sounds like an interesting product. Lavender is great for sleep I normally apply the essential oil on my pillow, it’s nice and relaxing. I’d love something in spray form.

I would love to try something like this, as I have had trouble sleeping in the past. Not too expensive either.
