Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner

Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner

When it comes to life admin that I hate, cleaning makeup brushes is up there with cleaning the bathroom and taking the bins out. It’s something I have to do, but I would really rather someone else did it for me. Especially with cleaning my makeup brushes. Despite owning more makeup brushes than I know what to do with, I still struggle to keep the majority of them clean the whole time. And seem to have a build up of dirty makeup brushes. Gross right?

Well this is why I was excited to try this Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner. It’s designed to allow you to quickly clean your eye makeup brushes while doing your makeup. This is perfect if you’re like me and sometimes end up having to use the same eyeshadow brush in different eyeshadows as you don’t have enough clean ones, or just love using the same brush when doing your makeup. Well now that’s not an issue thanks to this fab cleaner.

And what I love most about the Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner is that it’s just that. It’s a dry product. Which will remove the makeup powder from the brush meaning it’s dry again for you to use straight away. And it means you can keep on top of your cleaning as it’s not a chore to use this cleaner.

Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner

To use it, you just need to press your brush into the pad inside the pod and swirl it in a circular motion to remove the makeup. It’s honestly one of the simplest and easiest makeup brush cleaners I’ve used. And then once you’ve used the Shadow Switch a few times, you can remove the shadow from the sponge by using some warm water and fragrance free soap and then just leave it to dry. They do recommend that you replace your Shadow Switch every two months, but seeing as this only costs £5.99, it’s not going to break the bank. But it will make your life a whole lot easier.

You can pick up the Shadow Switch Dry Brush Cleaner from Amazon for £5.99

This is brilliant! The fact that you can clean your brush and then keep right on using it without waiting for it to dry, makes this a must have product. Very reasonable price too!

Wow I love the sound of it, I never feel all of it comes off my brushes especially for foundation. Is it just for powder foundation brushes or can it be used for liquid? x

I love this idea and if it holds off the make up brush cleaning a little longer then all the better!
