A peek inside my wardrobe – Upping my sportswear game with Simply Be

Simple Be sportswear

Happy Friday everyone! As you may have seen from my New Year’s Resolutions update post. Getting healthy was going to be a big part of my year. And for the most part it has been. Obviously there have been a few slip ups. I won’t claim that I’ve not enjoyed a takeaway or five or eaten my body weight in mini eggs since January. But I have been good when it comes to the gym. I’ve been sticking to a schedule that seems to work for me and that’s 3 visits a week.

Simple Be sportswear

Now obviously sticking to a schedule like that does mean I’ve taken to upping my gym wear wardrobe. After all, there’s nothing more motivating that new gym gear to make you actually want to go to the gym right? Or is that just me?! Well one of the places that have really helped to up my sportswear game is Simply Be. They have an amazing range of brands on their website, including Nike, Adidas, Reebok and Pineapple in sizes 8-32.

Simple Be sportswear

Two of the items that I’ve been loving from Simply Be Sportswear is this Nike combination. I love the metallic detailing on the leggings. And I have to admit, these leggings are so comfortable to wear. Unlike other leggings I’ve tried these do not budge when you’re working out. They sit pretty high up on the waist. But I like that and they don’t try to slip down when I’m running!

Simple Be sportswear

But not forgetting this gorgeous hoodie. Again I love the rose gold metallic detailing across the front. It’s also incredibly soft and just lovely to wear. The tunnel neckline also adds a nice touch.

Simple Be sportswear

I’m so impressed and happy with these. I would never have thought to have shopped for sportswear from Simple Be before but I’ll think most of my gym wear will now be coming from there.

If you like these pieces you can pick up the hoodie for £55 and the leggings for £28.

Where do you shop for your sportswear? What do you think of these pieces from Simply Be?

As always thank you to Kaye for taking these pictures!

Good luck with your New Year’s resolution and getting healty. Getting your gym gear is the next step and the one you chose is super nice. Nike is my favourite brand I must say and you can definitely feel the difference especially with their leggings, they let the skin breathe, are great fit and don’t move! Definitely worth spending a little more on the right gear.

I think that the majority of my wardrobe is made up of workout clothes. Not because I work out a lot (anymore), but because they are comfy haha.

Both of these pieces look so comfortable and I really like the metallic detailing. I think having new sportswear is definitely a motivator to go to the gym for most people and finding a great place to buy it is really helpful x
