Why every beauty addict needs this brush cleaning tool

StylPro Makeup Brush Cleaner and Dryer

I think it’s fair to say that cleaning makeup brushes is not my favourite job. In fact I really hate doing it. But it’s one of those things that I really should do more often. However the effort required and the fact it can take my brushes 24 hours to dry really put me off. But not now. No now there is a real game changer – the StylPro Makeup Brush Cleaner and Dryer.

It’s been designed by former Apprentice Winner and StylFile inventor Tom Pellereau and it will honestly change your life if you hate having to wash your makeup brushes. I was pretty sceptical at first, but now I love it. It’s a totally unique way to hygienically clean and dry your makeup brushes in seconds. I can honestly wash twenty or so makeup brushes in under 10 minutes. I know, it’s amazing!

And what I love most about this, is that it’s easy to use. Inside the box is a glass cleaning bowl and silicone seal and splash guard, the StylPro device (pictured), eight silicone collars which vary in size to fit brushes of all sizes and two sachets of the cleaning solution. And to clean your brushes you simply find the collar that fits the brush, attach it to the StylPro, fill the bowl with a little water, some of the cleaning solution and then dunk the brush for around 10 seconds while it’s spinning before removing from the water and letting it spin dry. It really is that simple!

Some brushes took a little longer to clean, mainly those with a lot of foundation. But even then they needed to be drunked for around 20-30 seconds rather than the usual 10. And the only slight downside this device. And this is purely down to my own sheer laziness. Is that in between cleaning brushes, you have to empty the water and refill it will fresh water and cleaning solution to clean your next brush. But it’s not really a downside considering your brushes are cleaning and dried within a matter of minutes!

The StylPro Makeup Brush Cleaner and Dryer costs £50 which for me is totally worth it. I have a LOT of makeup brushes and I really HATE having to clean them!

What are your thoughts on the StylPro Makeup Brush Cleaner and Dryer? Would you invest in this?

I don’t own that many makeup brushes so for me its a little bit too expensive but looks like a nice product to have.

I don’t have many brushes so wouldn’t benefit me. But I am curious to see a vid of this in use!

This sounds really interesting! I actually need to do my brushes today, so thanks for the reminder. I don’t think I’d pay £50 for the gadget though!
