Sun protection from Tropic Skincare

Tropic Skin Shade Mineral Sun Protection

Now I don’t know about you, but this weather is giving me all the summer holiday feels. And seeing as my holiday is only a month away, I am in full holiday planning mode and desperately trying to get myself a base tan before I head off to the Greek Island of Rhodes. For a week of sun, sea, sand and some serious relaxation. Which is why these Tropic Skin Shade Mineral Sun Protection products could not have come at a better time.

Now if you don’t know already, I’m a big fan of Tropic’s skincare. Having tried quite a few of their oils and lotions, I’m a total convert. Which is why I’m excited to give their sun protection a try. And I am pale, like really pale. So, sun cream and sun care are a necessity for me. Which is why I’m excited to give these Tropic sun care products a try. With a broad spectrum of UVA and UVB protection, these products are free from toxic chemicals and are kinder to the environment.  What I love most about these sun care products is that Tropic has produced 100% mineral sun protection, which is key to not only preventing burning. But also protecting against premature ageing from the sun. While also being kinder to your skin and the environment.

SUN BALM SPF 50

Now, this is the ultimate skin saviour for us pale girls that are prone to burning. It’s a superpowered sunscreen balm for use on those areas that burn easily. So, for me, this is the cheeks, nose and toes. With zinc oxide to provide a broad UV spectrum protection. And Vitamin E and rosemary leaf oil to protect your skin from free radicals. This balm is perfect for pop in your bag for when you need that extra layer of sun protection.

SKIN SHADE MINERAL SUN PROTECTION SPF 30

Now I have to say that as someone who burns fairly easily, and also suffers from prickly heat. This sun cream is by far one of the gentlest but high protection sun creams I’ve experienced. It’s a broad-spectrum, water-resistant, mineral sunscreen that provides natural UV protection, along with protecting your body from ageing prematurely from the sun.

SUN SOOTHE COOLING AFTERSUN LOTION

Now if your skin is anything like mine, then a cooling after sun is exactly what you need after a day spent by the pool or on the beach. And this one is lovely. It diminishes any redness to keep your skin well moisturised, helping to prolong your natural tan. And is lovely and cooling on the skin. This is one to definitely keep in the fridge on holiday.

You can find all the Tropic Skin Shade Mineral Sun Protection products here.

What do you think of these Tropic Skin Shade Mineral Sun Protection products? What sun care products do you like to use?

I have to admit I didn’t know that Tropic Skin Care have a sun protection range! I am going to have to check it out as I’ve been thinking I need to look into getting something new for my sun care of late.

Somehow it always happens that either my nose or my cheeks get sunburn at least once a year. I love the idea of keeping the balm in a purse.

I can burn quite easily so I have to use factor 50 all the time otherwise it’s just not enough. But some aftersun is always good to have on hand just in case x

I’ve used topic skincare products before and they were excellent. I like the sound of the sun balm 50!

I really like the aftersun and it isn’t a product I tend to ever buy. I usually opt for Aloe Vera Gel, but I love how cooling Tropic is x
