When it comes to skincare there are a few cult products that I’ve been eager to try over the years. And the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm is definitely one of them. I’ve spent so long reading rave review after rave review about this stuff. It’s endorsed by so many online skincare gurus’ so I couldn’t resist caving in and buying one to try myself. So it is worth the hype that surrounds it? It certainly is, and here’s why.
It’s so much more than your average cleaning balm and an absolute joy to use. Not only does it smell incredible but it’s such a relaxing and soothing experience to massage it into the skin. It’s packed full of moringa seed extract, wild sea fennel and vitamin E to help minimise the appearance of open pores, while orange, neroli and mandarin oils work to rejuvenate and revitalise your skin. Plus with the jasmine, cedarwood and rose, it reconditions dehydrated and troubled skin and gives a daily boost to dull, dry and mature skin. It’s like a real life magic potion.
I like to use this in the morning and evenings. Just mix a few drops of warm water with the balm to create milk and massage it into your face, neck and eye area to melt away makeup, excess oil and grime. Then to remove, soak the cleansing cloth in warm water, squeeze out the excess and gently wipe over your face and neck. You can then use the rough side of the cloth to exfoliate trouble spots. Having used this for the past month now, this cleansing balm complete removes all traces of makeup, and leaves my skin feeling fresh, supple and never tight. It also leaves my skin so moisturised and nourished that I don’t always need to apply a face cream over the top.
Have you tried this cleansing balm before? Do you think the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm lives up the hype?
