When it comes to luxury makeup products, it doesn’t get more luxurious then Charlotte Tilbury and her gorgeous makeup collection. Famous for creating Kate Moss’ iconic smokey eyes, I’ve wanted to try Charlotte’s products ever since they launched in 2013. And if you’ve watched my high end makeup haul video you would have seen that I finally treated myself to the Charlotte Tilbury Rock and Kohl eyeliner pencil.

Obviously if I could have, I would have treated myself to the whole entire makeup counter. But seeing as that just isn’t possible (not until I win the lottery, or get one of those Kim Kardashian jobs where you’re paid for just existing) I decided to treat myself to something that I knew I would get a lot of use from. And while I definitely need another eyeshadow palette in my collection, I thought that the eyeliner pencil would be a better choice seeing as I use eyeliner on a daily basis.

I’ve lost count of how many eyeliners I’ve bought in the past. From gel and pencil, to felt tip and liquid I’ve tried them all. And the first thing I noticed about this one is that the pigmentation is second to none. With a smooth and creamy consistency, you can use this pencil to create your perfect smudged smokey eye look or a more precise detailed wing line. Although it’s described as a liquid, I found the consistency to be more like a gel liner and once it’s on, it sets in place in no time.

So what does this eyeliner have that cheaper ones do not? Well the texture of this eyeliner means it can go right between your lashes with ease, you can blend it out effortlessly, its waterproof, its preservative and paraben free oh and it also hydrates your skin with crushed pearl powder – ensuring a cleaner and blacker line. How many other eyeliners do you know that can do all that? It is probably the most expensive eyeliner I own, but it my opinion, it’s worth it.

Have you tried any of the Charlotte Tilbury products?

I’ve such a craze on pencil eyeliners. Though as u say, I tried them all, but the comfort and ease of pencil eyeliners is unbeatable. You should do an EOTD with this!
Btw I love your stackable rings on the pic…

I did not realise that this was meant to be a liquid eyeliner, I assumed it was a pencil consistancy. I might need to give this a try! x

Can Charlotte Tilbury ever do anything wrong? I didn’t think I’d really want to try these but after reading this I think I might just have to buy one!
