Real Techniques Brush Cleaning Palette review

Real techniques cleaning palette

There are some beauty jobs that I hate doing and cleaning my makeup brushes is number one on that list. Don’t get me wrong, I love using a clean brush and looking at all my clean brushes in my makeup brush holders, but I hate having to spend time cleaning them. Especially when I think my time could be better spent doing something more interesting.

But that horrible task has just got a whole lot easier thanks to the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette. Not only is it pink, but it’s also incredibly affordable and makes cleaning brushes so much more enjoyable. You can clean your brushes so much quicker using this and even your foundation brushes can be clean within seconds rather than minutes.

To use, you simply wet your brush, apply a small amount of your brush shampoo of choice and then swirl your brush across the relevant bumps in the palette for a few seconds. The smaller bumps are ideal for eye and lip brushes, while the larger bumps are perfect for bigger brushes. And then when you’re done, just rinse your brush and leave to dry.

This honestly makes cleaning makeup brushes a dream and I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who hates cleaning their makeup brushes.

You can find the Real Techniques Brush Cleaning Palette at Boots or Superdrug for £12.99.

I don’t mind cleaning my brushes. Mainly because I know how much nicer my make up goes on afterwards. Which reminds me, I’d better wash my brushes before I go to bed!

I know the struggle too well.
I didnt clean one of my foundation brushes for maybe 2 month and i just didnt get it clean.
Ive heard of these cleaning palettes but i didnt have one so i took a tangle teazer and swilled my foundationbrush trough it haha. unfortunately it didnt work. but then i had the resolution! i let my brushes soak in a bowl with hot water and shampoo for 30 minutes. after that everything was clean again 😀

    xx Lisa
