An evening with ESPA at Luton Hoo

ESPA at Luton Hoo

Now I don’t know about you. But visiting a spa is probably one of my favourite ways to relax. There’s honestly nothing nicer for me then getting the chance to unwind and be pampered by a professional in a gorgeous spa environment. And when it comes to gorgeous spa environments, Luton Hoo has to be up there with the best of them. I last went there back in December as part of my 30th birthday celebrations to enjoy a full spa day and champagne afternoon tea. And I’ve been eager to head back ever since.

Which is why I really couldn’t turn down an invitation to join ESPA for a workshop at the Spa at Luton Hoo to celebrate their new skincare product. If you’re not familiar with Luton Hoo, it’s a beautiful manor house based on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire boarder. That’s been turned into a gorgeous 5 * Hotel with an equally impressive spa.

And the only skincare and body brand used in the Luton Hoo Spa is ESPA. And I was lucky enough to be invited along to hear all about their newly launched Night Booster. Now I have to admit, I am pretty familiar with the brand and having had a few ESPA facials. I knew I was in for treat. The workshop allowed me to find out more about the history of the brand and learn about the products that would work best for me. And the best part is that rather than watch someone else apply them. I got to do it myself.  The therapists are so passionate and enthusiastic about this brand, and it’s easy to see why. The products I’ve tried from them so far have been so impressive. And it’s fair to say I was not disappointed with this new one!

The Tri-Active Advanced Night Booster aims to replenish and revitalise the skin during sleep. As it is between the hours of 11pm and 4am that skin cell regeneration almost doubles. With a unique combination of plant actives, marine actives and essential oils. This Night Booster can be used on it’s own for an extra nourishing boost. Or you can mix it in with your moisturiser or serum for a daily dose of skin revitalisation. After giving myself a mini ESPA facial I mixed in a few drops of the Night Booster with the ESPA Balancing Moisturiser. And I have to say, I think my skin is still reaping the benefits. It just feels and looks smoother, softer and fresher. I’m definitely a fan of this oil!

Although I would have never thought of attending a workshop like this at Luton Hoo before, I can honestly say I loved it. I really felt like I got to know the ESPA range a lot better, and fall in love with the brand and the products that little bit more. Getting to know which products would work best for me and being able to give myself a mini facial was a fab experience. And one I can’t wait to recreate at home. If you fancy trying an ESPA workshop at Luton Hoo yourself. The next one is all about summer radiance and is on the 13th July. Places are limited and tickets cost just £20. Plus you’ll receive complimentary gifts when you purchase any products at the workshop.

You can find out more about Luton Hoo and the spa treatments and days they offer here. And you can find out more about the Advanced Night Booster here.

Do you love a spa day as much as me? What’s your favourite ESPA product to use?
