Feeling so fresh and so clean with the Clinique Fresh Pressed collection

Clinique Fresh Pressed collection

Now unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re probably aware of this new skincare innovation from Clinique. If you’re not, the Clinique Fresh Pressed collection is a new 7-day system that has been created with Pure Vitamin C to brighter and freshen up your skin. Now the biggest issue with using Vitamin C in skincare is being able to keep it fresh. Which is why this packaging is pretty innovative in that it helps the Vitamin C retain it’s freshness and potency.

The collection features two key products – a cleanser and a booster. The first is the Fresh Pressed Powder which comes in a sachet. This is an ultra-fine powder cleanser that you just need to add a little water to. The powder then turns into a lather that you use to cleanse your face in the morning. The cleanser uses Vitamin C for brightness and luminosity. While Kaolin Clay is used to purify your skin. And Salicylic Acid to exfoliate, tone and re-texturise your skin.

Next up is the Fresh Pressed Daily Booster with Pure Vitamin C 10%. Again, freshness is key here. You can use the Daily Booster in two ways. You can add a few drops to your usual moisturiser. Or you can use it as a serum and apply it directly onto your skin underneath your moisturiser. Vitamin C is used again for radiance, while Molasses works to break up existing pigmentation. And then a mix of Mulberry Root Extract, Salicylic Acid and Grape Fruit Extract work to prevent future discolouration for a fresher complexion. Personally I really love the design of this packaging and how lovely it is to use mixed in with my usual moisturiser.

You can use the seven day system for when your skin is in need of a boost. You can get the Clinique Fresh Pressed Collection here for £25.

What do you think of the Clinique Fresh Pressed collection? Is this something you would add to your normal skincare routine?

This system sounds like something I would love to try. I am sorely in need of brightening up my skin and the way this system works to keep the vitamin C fresh, the results are bound to be amazing. The price for this system is quite reasonable as well!

I really like the sound of this collection. I think it would be perfect at brightening my skin up especially in the summer months. It’s bit badly priced either for clinique.

Clinique products are always amazing so I have high hopes for the freshly pressed range. Plus my skin could do with vitamin C!

I like the sound of the freshness benefit of the collection. I have never tried Clinique before but I do know they are a great brand. I know Clinique is a premium brand but the price for this collection is really accessible!

I’ve always heard such great things about Clinique, but I get nervous with having such sensitive skin! This sounds like a great line, though.
