Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

Happy Monday everyone! Now I don’t know about you, but one of my favourite parts of the day. Is when I get to take my makeup off. Now don’t get me wrong. I love putting makeup on. But I also really love taking it off. I love that feeling when you get home from a particularly busy or stressful day. And you get changed into your pjs, can take your bra off and then go about cleaning all the makeup off your face. It’s just pure bliss for me. And reminds me that it’s not too long until I can relax in bed.

I also think one of the reasons I love taking my makeup off so much. Is that I get to use some really lovely products. Now I’ll admit that as a beauty blogger, I’m incredibly lucky to get to try so many different amazing skincare products. But one of my all time favourites for removing makeup and cleansing my skin. Has to the be the cult classic from Clinique. Their take the day off cleansing balm has been a staple in my skincare collection for a while now. And I just love using it to remove my makeup.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

You only need a tiny amount of this balm, but a little really does go a long way. And it honestly removes everything. Even waterproof mascara. And it just leaves my skin looking and feeling so clean and so soft. It’s my fail safe cleansing balm that I turn to when I’m taking my skincare routine back to basics.

And if you’ve yet to try this before, then you’re in luck. As on Thursday and Friday this week, John Lewis are giving away a free 15ml version of the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. There’s no purchase necessary, you just need to pop along to the Clinique counter in John Lewis and pick one up. It’s an amazing opportunity to try this iconic cleansing balm. As the mini’s are perfect for travel and not normally available on counters.

Have you tried this cleansing balm before? Are you planning on picking up your free one this week?

I’ve not tried Cliniques, but balm is really popular now. I have a different brand and it’s brilliant and so easy to use.

I love products like the balm that are not only effective but also efficient so not much is needed. I’m going to find my nearest John Lewis store. Hopefully I will get my hands on one of these.
