Dr PawPaw

This is another discovery from the #BigBloggerExpo. Although I’d heard of Dr. PawPaw before, I’d yet to try their products. At the Expo they not only did they have their original multi-purpose balm, but they also had the two tinted versions.

For those not familiar with Dr. PawPaw, their multi-purpose balms are natural, skin soothing balms that can be applied anywhere you need some extra moisture. They contain natural ingredients, mainly PawPaw (the fruit of the Papaya Plant), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Olive Fruit Oil and Potassium Sorbabte. They are also free of fragrances and parabens.

Dr PawPaw

As this is a multi-purpose balm, you can use this pretty much everywhere. Personally, I’ve been using it on my lips as an intensive lip treatment. Its super soft, absorbs quickly into the skin, and isn’t sticky or greasy in the slightest. On the lips it leaves a light sheen, but on the skin it’s far less noticeable. You can also use this on your cuticles, as a hand cream, on chapped skin, on the elbows or knees or any other dry areas.

Dr PawPaw

The only difference between the original balm and the tinted versions is the colour – obviously. While the original balm is clear, the tinted versions come in either red or peach shades. You can use these as blushers or on the lips. As lip products they add a hint of tint to enhance your natural lip colour rather than masking it.

Personally I can’t get enough of the tinted balms. They’re ideal for carrying in your handbag for when you just want to add a hint of colour to your cheeks or lips. And I love the original one for adding some moisture to my hands or lips.

All three Dr. PawPaw balms are available from their website and cost £6.95 each.

Have you tried any of the Dr. PawPaw products before?

I love my Paw Paw, mines red! Don’t use it as a multipurpose because who wants a red tinted arm! BUTT… I love the simple colour pop it gives to my lips!

    Great photos btw!
