Two to try from the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Collection

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour

Happy Saturday everyone! Now I think we can all agree that when it comes to skincare Elizabeth Arden are up there as one of the cult classic brands. Their products have been loved by generations of women whose skin is looking fabulous thanks to their products. And one of the biggest product Elizabeth Arden have is their iconic eight hour cream.

Now I’m not sure there are many people who aren’t aware of this cult product. Magazines constantly dedicate pages to this cream and beauty directors and celebrities alike hail this as a wonder product. And there’s a reason for that. It’s really good!

But the range is now more than just the original cream. From moisturisers and mists to oils and lip balms. The eight hour range has expanded! And if you’re looking for something other than the original skin protectant to try, then here are two to try from the Elizabeth Arden eight hour range.

Eight Hour Cream All-Over Miracle Oil £29

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour

Just like the original Skin Protectant, this all-over miracle oil has so many uses. You use this on your face, body and hair. It’s honestly such a versatile product. It’s infused with Tsubaki oil which is an ultra-hydrating ingredient that delivers long-lasting moisture for radiant and healthy looking skin. I find the oil actually quite light and dry which means it sinks into the skin almost straight away. And you really don’t need a lot to feel moisturised. Plus as it’s light you can even use this underneath your moisturiser for extra nourishment.

As for my hair I find this oil adds shine, eliminates frizz and conditions my locks from root to tip. Which is everything I want from a hair oil! I tend to use this more on the ends of my hair as that’s where my hair is the driest. But I’ve been seriously impressed with how well it locks the moisture in.

Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant Nighttime Miracle Moisturizer £32

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour

Now although I have combination skin, I do find I need a good night cream to help lock in moisture and help my skin recover from the day. And you probably won’t be surprised to hear that this one from Elizabeth Arden is pretty fab at doing just that. Although the formula is incredibly lightweight it certainly packs a punch when it comes to keeping my skin hydrated.

Plus as it’s scented with lavender, it really helps to relax me before bed. It’s just fab! And don’t let the size of the pot fool you. This is a seriously hydrating night cream that leaves my skin looking and feeling supple, radiant and revitalised.

You can find both of these, and the complete Elizabeth Arden eight hour range, here.

What do you think of the Elizabeth Arden eight hour collection? Have you tried any of their products?

    I’m a consultant for Temple Spa so I use all their products. If I’m honest I’ve never heard of these before but then I never had a skincare regime until I found temple spa x

    I’ve been a fan of Elizabeth Arden for years .. although these two are new to me. I’d love to try their nighttime moisturizer .. especially for the scent of lavender. It always calms my mind and makes me feel peaceful.

    Can’t cope with how perfect these photos are girly <3 I've never actually tried anything from Elizabeth Arden and I guess I might need to start taking skincare a bit more seriously as I'm getting older… so posts like this are super useful and informative :}
