Foreo Luna 2 Facial Cleansing Brush

When it comes to my skincare routine, I’m always looking for new and innovative ways to cleanse my skin. I’ve tried cleansing brushes before and although I felt they were effective, I wasn’t sure they were completely hygienic and beneficial for my skin. Which is why I was excited to try the Foreo LUNA 2 Facial Cleansing Brush. Now I have to say, I do feel like a bad beauty blogger. This is the first time I’m trying anything from the Foreo Luna range. But now I’ve tried the Foreo LUNA 2 Facial Cleansing Brush, I’m not sure I’ll be using much else to cleanse my face.

If you’re not familiar with the Foreo LUNA 2 Facial Cleansing Brush, it’s a pretty fab skincare gadget. It’s a face cleansing device that’s designed to provide a professional standard of skincare in just two minutes. It works by combining T-Sonic pulsations with softer, non-porous silicone touch points that helps to unclog pores and lift away the dirt and oil. And unlike other cleansing brushes I’ve tried, the silicone bristles are incredibly hygienic and resist bacteria build up, meaning your face stays fresh and clean.

 

 

But if that’s not enough, the LUNA also has an anti-ageing mode. It can direct lower frequency pulsations to your wrinkle-prone areas to help smooth lines for firmer looking skin. Plus as its waterproof, you can use this gadget in the bath or shower. Each LUNA comes with a charger and once charged, it can last up to a huge 450 uses!

To use the LUNA I simply apply cleanser to my face cleanser and then wet the Luna and turn it on. After thoroughly cleansing my face, I then turn the device over and apply the reverse side to wrinkle prone areas in the second lower-frequency anti-aging mode. And then that’s it. My face is cleansed and ready for the day ahead, or a good nights sleep.

 

There are four different Foreo Lunas depending on your skin type. There’s Combination (blue), Normal (Pink), Oily (Green) or Sensitive (White). I have the blue one which is ideal for my combination skin. And having used this twice a day for the past two weeks I can’t believe the difference in my skin. Not only is it looking healthier and more luminous but people are also commenting on how well my skin has been looking lately.
