PMD Personal Microderm

When it comes to skincare. I love nothing more than trying out new treatments, products and routines in my quest for clearer, brighter skin. It’s not that my skin is ‘bad’. Despite never having to deal with spots, my skin is guilty of just looking dull and tired most of the time. And I don’t want to skin to look like that. Which is why I’m more than happy to give just about anything a go to boost my complexion. Which is why I was excited to give PMD Personal Microderm a go.

If you’ve not heard or seen this before, it’s essentially a hand-held skincare tool that delivers the same pore refining and skin purifying results as professional media spas and salon. This device combines uses the power of exfoliation with a vacuum suction to diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes, age spots and enlarged pores. Ensuring that you’re skin looks healthier, brighter and fresher. Which is what I need!

PMD Personal Microderm

The PMD Personal Microderm comes with seven different disks for you to use on either your face or body. There’s ones for medium abrasion, ones for sensitive skin and ones for super sensitive skin. Oh and one to practice with as well. Which is handy! They also have fab videos and step by step guides on how to use this.

Personally I tend to use this once a week. And although I didn’t see a huge different straight away, having used it at least once a week for the two months, I’ve started to notice improvements in my skin. My complexion is generally just brighter, it’s clearer and looks a lot more healthy! I’ve also noticed that my skin is generally a better base for makeup now. My foundation sinks in better, I don’t get as oily as I used to which means it can last throughout the day without going shiny and patchy!

PMD Personal Microderm

Having never tried something like this before, I was intrigued. But I’m so glad I’ve given it a go. It’s clear to see why it’s won so many beauty awards! And now that it’s a permanent fixture in my skincare routine, it’s not going back in the box.

The PMD Personal Microderm is available from here for £135.

What do you think of this? Would you be keen to try one?
