When it comes to candles I just can’t get enough. Whether I’m sitting at my desk working, cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in the bath I love to have a candle burning. They relax me and smell delicious at the same time – It’s a dream combination! Some of my higher end favourites include the cult favourites like Jo Malone and Diptyque but I love discovering new brands as well, like this gorgeous La De La Living one.
One of the great things about this candle is the super cute packaging – it comes in tin with a birthday message already stamped on making it the perfect gift for someone. Plus it smells delicious! The soy wax blend candle is in a ‘Toasted Marshmallow’ scent so it’s just the right mix of sweet with a little bit of a wood scent thrown in as well – I love it. It’ll burn for around 40 hours in total and once it’s empty, the glass green jar is a great keepsake to keep things in. I use old candle jars to store things like cotton wool and cotton buds in. Or makeup brushes.

I got a thing about candles, I love the smell of the house as I walk through the door. It always has that homely feel, which is why I would put “There’s no place like home” on my notebook.
This candle looks so classy and I love that name, I love candles to create a relaxing mood at home.
