Now I don’t know about you, but I love to treat those closest to me as often as I can. And while I do try and treat my mum throughout the year, it’s always nice to make a special effort for Mother’s Day. Because if you can’t treat her then, when can you? So when TK Maxx got in touch and challenged me to find some amazing Mother’s Day gifts in their stores and online, I couldn’t refuse. Because who doesn’t love a TK Maxx bargain? So here are my Mother’s Day gift ideas from TK Maxx.
Let’s start with some items that I know will go down a treat with my mum. And that’s the beauty products. This is always one of my favourite areas to browse in when I’m in store as you never know what you’ll find. And seeing as my mum is as skincare obsessed as I am. I know these serum capsules and the eye cream will be a welcome addition on her skincare shelf. The eye cream was £14.99 which is a huge 60% saving off the RRP of £45. And the serum capsules were £19.99 instead of £39 – which is a 49% saving! And both are from brands that I know she already loves.
Next up are a couple of kitchenware bits that I know she’ll love. Although she’s not a huge fan of cooking – she definitely prefers eating out than eating in. She does like to have colourful kitchenware. And I’m not sure it gets much more colourful than these mini casserole dishes. Both of which were an absolute bargain at just £7.99 each instead of £29 – which is a huge 72% saving! I also couldn’t resist this cute little eat sign, which was just £5.99. Which I know will look great on her kitchen shelves – along with the casserole dishes.
Now my mum loves leopard print as much as I do. So when I saw this leopard print notebook I knew I had to get it for her. She’s forever writing down lists and she deserves to have a notebook as fabulous as her. And for the bargain price of £4.99 how could I not add it to my basket? And then there is this blue vase, another bargain at only £4.99 and perfect for matching with the blue casserole dishes.
And finally, sticking with the leopard print theme, I picked up these beautiful sunglasses I’m always impressed with how many great designer sunglasses TK Maxx have and these were no exception. And seeing as my mum spends a lot of time out of the country and in sunnier climates I know these will come in handy. And at just £69.99 instead of £180 – I know she’ll also appreciate what a bargain these are!
