New in from Ciate – the Dewy Stix Highlighter

Ciate Dewy Stix HighlighterWhen it comes to highlighters, it’s fair to say I’m a little obsessed with them. I love the fact that you can create totally glam looks with just a sweep of a brush. But when you want a little more of a subtle highlight this might be the product for you. Introducing the new Ciate Dewy Stix Highlighter.

Ciate Dewy Stix Highlighter

I have to say I love the look of this packaging. And I’m a big fan of stick applicators. You can get real precision with these and they’re great for carrying around on the go. The Ciate Dewy Stix Highlighter is also brilliant at delivering an instant lit-from-within radiance. Skin glossing is such a huge beauty trend right now. It’s all about adding shine to the skin but without the texture. And the Ciate Dewy Stix highlighter is perfect for that!

Ciate Dewy Stix Highlighter

It has a balm-like texture that just glides onto the skin. And as it contains hyaluronic acid it also hydrate your skin. And if that isn’t enough, you can also use it either on top of your foundation or just onto bare skin. I actually quite like that this highlighter isn’t full of heavy pearls and shimmer. It makes a great change for when you an understated and subtle no makeup, makeup look.

This is really easy to use. You just swipe over the skin and then gently tap it in. In the picture above, I’ve just left it there. But you could also use this as a base to make your highlighters really pop! And the best bit is that you can just pop it into your bag to reapply throughout the day if needed.

The Ciate Dewy Stix Highlight is £22 and is available from the Ciate website.

What do you think of this? Is this the kind of highlighting product you’d use?

I have to agree i love the packaging as well, its great. I have used a stick highlighter before and I was pleasnatly surprised, I find it agrees with my older skin better, it just gives a much nicer finish than powder x

It looks natural on you – you don’t look and go “oh you have highlighter on” this is nice x

I just can’t get my head round stick highlighters at the moment and have a few across brands I’m playing with but think sticking to powder is for me.

Looks good. I’ve always used a liquid highlighter but I’m looking for a new one and a stick might be the way to go.

I’ve never used a stick highlighter I’ve only ever used ones that you need a brush to apply. Looks like a nice subtle highlighter on though x

I used to have highlighter minerals by body shop. I have not seen really on your picture. I’ll try it on when I visit the mall to see if it will fit my skin.

Ooo I love the packaging of this highlight!! I don’t usually go for stick highlights if I do I use my finger to apply I find they don’t usually sit well onto of foundation like powdered highlight. I do love that this one is also hydrating on the skin though and you find it works on both bare skin and on top of foundation!
