Oilixia Face Oil

Oilixia Face Oil

When it comes to my skincare routine, I have the basics covered. I know which cleansers, toners and moisturises work for my skin. But with the big 30 fast approaching, I feel like it’s time I properly ventured into the face oil game and find one that works for me.

As someone with combination skin, I wrongly thought that face oils wouldn’t work for me. That the oil would just make the oily parts of skin more oily. How wrong I was! Face oils will work for every skin type, you just need to know which oils to use and how often you should be using them.

Oilixia Face Oil

This Oilixia Brilliance Facial Oil is perfect for my combination skin. The silky, readily absorbing oil is made with a blend of 18 naturally sourced oils and 3 patented actives. Together these promise to reveal a more radiant, visibly smoother and firmer feeling skin.

Not only that, but the oil is also rich in vitamins A, C and E. All of which help to provide powerful antioxidant protection from environmental damage. Also in the mix is Omega 3,6 and 9, which together help the skin to retain it’s moisture levels keeping the skin soft and supple. Added to this is Retinol – a classic anti-ageing ingredient. Plus to really uplift your senses, you have the fragrances of neroli, lavender, bergamont and patchiouli.

All in all this is a fabulous face oil that really works to brighten up tired and dull looking skin. Using this oil feels like a real treat for the skin. And now it’s in my skincare routine, I can’t see it leaving any time soon.

The Oilixia Brilliance Face Oil is available from their website for £37.

Have you tried this face oil before? What’s your favourite face oil to use?

This sounds really nice, I’ve not got into using face oils yet because I always feel so confused by the vast amount of choice!

I love facial oil, I was the same and thought it would make oily bits incredibly oily but it works so well for me . I use a Balance Me one.

I have never tried oilixia face oil before but I have to confess I have been really lazy when it comes to skincare recently, I need to take a look at this brand see whether it works for me.
